The most recent BC PNP draw, executed on July 11, 2023, resulted in ITAs distributed to 137 candidates through BC PNP’s Skills Immigration stream. Eligibility for this round of invitations necessitated a minimum CRS score of 60-109.

BC PNP Most Recent Draw – Selection Criteria
Specific invitations to the Skills Immigration streams may hinge on one or multiple of the subsequent elements:
- Education – degree, field of study, and place of completion.
- Valid professional certifications in B.C.
- Linguistic capabilities.
- Profession.
- Length and skill level of professional background.
- Salary and/or skill level of job offer.
- Intention to reside, work, and establish in a particular region.
- Strategic priorities – elements that respond to B.C.’s specific labor market needs or support government pilot projects and initiatives.
The Skills Immigration stream in British Columbia is one of several immigration pathways run by the province. Administered under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program this stream focuses on skilled workers and international graduates with the necessary skills and/or the academic & employment experience needed to enrich British Columbia economy – these individuals may qualify for nomination to apply for Canadian permanent residency.
