Under section 45 of the Québec Immigration Act, the public has access to decisions regarding the invitation of candidates for permanent selection. In the latest Quebec draw, invitations were sent to 1,633 candidates who fulfilled the following criteria:
- They had attained a level 7 or higher in oral proficiency in French as measured by the Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants or an equivalent standard.
- They had garnered a score of 596 points or more.
- They were recipients of a valid job offer outside the domain of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
