The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) recently conducted a selection round through its Expression of Interest (EOI) system. This is the province’s second EOI selection event for September.
On September 21, 2023, the latest Manitoba PNP draw extended invitations to 620 individuals from three primary MPNP categories: Skilled Worker In Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.
Earlier in the month, on 7 September, another draw was held, in which 558 candidates were nominated.

From the 620 invites dispensed during the recent draw, 59 were designated for applicants with Express Entry Profile ID certified with a job seeker confirmation code.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) consistently selects top-ranking aspirants from the pool to forward a comprehensive application to the MPNP. Generally, MPNP selections occur every two weeks, though there can be deviations. The timing, volume, and scheduling of upcoming Manitoba selections hinge on the province’s application inventory demands.
