The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted a fresh round of selections under its Expression of Interest (EOI) framework on June 15, 2023. During this draw, 540 candidates were presented with Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs). The latest MPNP draw included candidates from all three Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Workers Overseas.

The selection process took into account candidates from the following major and sub-major groups under the 2021 National Occupational Classification (NOC):
72 – Technicians involved in trades and transportation, and control officers
731 – Workers engaged in general construction
732 – Personnel installing, serving, and repairing building maintenance
734 – Machine operators, drillers, and blasters
