The Ministry of Immigration, Frenchisation, and Integration (MIFI) of Quebec has completed a fresh selection process.
In the most recent Quebec Arrima draw, conducted on August 10, 2023, a sum of 1,384 invitations was distributed to candidates under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). To qualify, candidates had to achieve or surpass a score of 591 points.

- Attainment of a level 7 (or above) in French oral proficiency as per the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes (Quebec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or a corresponding standard.
- A minimum score of 591 points in the Quebec points evaluation system.
Furthermore, these invitations were directed towards candidates who also satisfied the subsequent condition:
- Possession of an authentic job proposal outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
This selection marked the eleventh occasion in the Quebec RSWP series in 2023. The details were extracted from the Arrima bank on August 7, 2023, at 6:30 a.m. The prior Quebec RSWP selection had been executed on July 20, 2023.
