The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) recently wrapped up an Expression of Interest (EOI) draw. It marked their first invite round for the month of August.
On August 31, 2023, PEI PNP’s newest draw granted 22 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in the Labor & Express Entry categories. This round didn’t include invites for the Business Work Permit Entrepreneur sector.

- Building Trades
This selection process aligns with PEI PNP’s pre-announced draw timetable for the year 2023.
Currently, PEI PNP operates three main streams: Express Entry, Labor Impact, and Business Impact.
To be considered for the PEI PNP, aspirants need to first set up a profile within the province’s EOI system. After that, they get a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score based on their details. Top-scoring candidates then receive invites during periodic selection rounds.
PEI PNP typically rolls out ITAs monthly, although there are exceptions. Factors like the current inventory of applications influence the timing, size, and forecast of subsequent PEI PNP draws.
