The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) routinely scans the IRCC’s Express Entry pool to identify potential candidates who align with the eligibility criteria of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.
The latest Ontario PNP draw, which took place on July 20, 2023, extended a Notification of Interest (NOIs) to a sum total of 1,061 candidates via the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream. The criteria for this invitation round stipulated that invited candidates needed to have a minimum CRS score within the range of 458-462.

This marked the eighth draw of the Human Capital Priorities stream orchestrated by the OINP in 2023, and it was the second one to occur in July. The Ontario HCP draw preceding this one took place on July 06, 2023.
Candidates selected in this draw were also required to possess work experience in one of the Tech or Health National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes specified for this round. Should you have received an NOI in this HCP draw, you are given a 45-day window to submit an online application to the OINP.
