Key Details Of Manitoba PNP Draw
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted its most recent Expression of Interest (EOI) draw on September 07, 2023. During this draw, a total of 558 candidates were selected across all three MPNP streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas. To be eligible for an Invitation to Apply (ITA), candidates need to achieve a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 595 to 724.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba – Occupation-Specific Selection:
- In this category, profiles of candidates currently employed in Manitoba, particularly in occupations with high labor demand, were given priority.
- Number of Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued: 230
- Minimum CRS score for the lowest-ranked candidate invited: 595
- Occupations under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 were considered in this selection.
Skilled Worker in Manitoba – All Occupations:
- All profiles not selected in the occupation-specific selection were subsequently considered.
- Number of LAAs issued: 236
- Minimum CRS score for the lowest-ranked candidate invited: 640
International Education Stream:
- Candidates who met the eligibility requirements for International Education stream were considered in this category.
- Number of LAAs issued: 52
Skilled Worker Overseas:
- This category included profiles of candidates who received direct invitations from MPNP under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
- Number of LAAs issued: 40
- Minimum CRS score for the lowest-ranked candidate invited: 724
Out of the 558 invitations issued in this Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program draw, 158 were extended to candidates who had declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
