Synopsis of the Most Recent Manitoba PNP Draw
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held another round of invitations via its Expression of Interest (EOI) system on July 13, 2023.
In the recent Manitoba PNP draw carried out on the aforementioned date, a sum of 540 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) was distributed across all three MPNP streams, including Skilled Workers in Manitoba, the International Education Stream, and Skilled Workers Overseas. To be considered for this round of invitations, candidates were required to have minimum CRS scores between 604-774.

Specialized occupation selection
Profiles stating current employment in Manitoba, in positions associated with high labor demand, were considered.

The job categories under the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 were included in this draw:
- 3 – Healthcare occupations
- 10 – Specialized middle management positions in administrative, financial, business services, and non-broadcasting communication
- 14 – Administrative, financial support, and supply chain logistics positions
- 75 – Helpers, laborers, and other transport drivers, operators, and laborers
Profiles that were not chosen in the specialized occupation selection were also evaluated.

Profiles asserting compliance with International Education Stream eligibility requirements.

Skilled Workers Overseas
Profiles stating that they were directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

This constituted the first EOI draw undertaken by the MPNP in July. Of the 540 LAAs distributed in this draw, 77 went to candidates who stated they held a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
