In the month of May, the Alberta Advantage Immigrant Program (AAIP) executed a remarkable series of Express Entry draws, issuing Notification of Interest (NOI) letters to a total of 327 aspirants across five successive invitation rounds under its Express Entry stream.

Commencing on May 09, 2023, the AAIP issued eight NOIs, targeting the Designated Healthcare Pathway with the stipulation of an Alberta job offer. The lowest-ranked candidate had a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 307.

Subsequently, a second draw was held on the same day with a whopping 175 NOIs being issued. These were directed at the Tourism and Hospitality sector with an Alberta job offer being a prerequisite. The least-ranked candidate in this draw had a CRS score of 444.

On May 11, 2023, the province issued 119 NOIs, focusing on candidates with a family connection and a primary occupation in demand. Here, the CRS score of the least-ranked candidate stood at 311.
