Eligibility for BC PNP Skills Immigration Invitations:
The BC PNP Skills Immigration (SI) category, including the Express Entry BC (EEBC) option, is tailored for individuals who possess the skills, education, and experience that align with British Columbia’s requirements.
Eligibility criteria:
- If you hold a permanent, full-time job offer in British Columbia or have recently graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution and received a permanent, full-time job offer in the province, you may qualify for Skills Immigration.
- Certain post-graduate degrees from BC universities and Ph.D. candidates in BC might be eligible for nomination without a job offer.
- Upon provincial nomination approval, you and your family members can apply for permanent residency in Canada through the Provincial Nominee Class.
