The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has unveiled a new draw, issuing 1,117 invitations to candidates to apply for Permanent Residence (PR) on this day, October 30, 2023.

A total of 1,051 invitations were sent to individuals with profiles in the Masters graduate stream, as part of a wider draw that required an Expression of Interest score of 43 or higher. Additionally, 66 invitations were extended to all EOI profiles with a score of 42 and above in the PhD graduate stream.

Masters Graduate Stream

• The type of draw being conducted is a General Draw.
• A total of 1,051 invitations have been issued for this draw.
• The Express Entry profiles considered for this draw are dated between November 22, 2022, and October 30, 2023.
• Candidates with a score of 43 and above are eligible for this draw.

PhD Graduate Stream

• The type of draw being conducted is a General Draw.
• A total of 66 invitations have been issued for this draw.
• The Express Entry profiles considered for this draw are dated between November 22, 2022, and October 30, 2023.
• Candidates with a score of 42 and above are eligible for this draw.

These invitation rounds come after a hiatus of over a month, following a similar EOI OINP draw on September 19, and an OINP Express Entry draw on September 26.

CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY

Recipients of these invitations are now given 14 days to submit their application, based on the details provided in their Expression of Interest profile, for the purpose of securing Permanent Residence (PR) in Ontario.

Throughout 2023, the OINP’s Expression of Interest system has successfully generated a grand total of 12,954 invitations for candidates seeking permanent residency.

IN 2023

1. The Masters Graduate Stream has seen the issuance of 4,683 invitations.
2. The PhD Graduate Stream has seen the issuance of 486 invitations
