The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) recently held its inaugural Skills Immigration Draw for this month. In this draw, the focus was on individuals with professional experience in tech, childcare, healthcare and other priority professions.

Invitations were given to 191 candidates whose scores ranged between 60 to 113 during the BC PNP draw held on October 04, 2023.

Current BC Skills Immigration Draw Details- October 4, 2023

1. General Draw (including Tech): 110 invitations, covered Entry Level & Semi-Skilled, Skilled Workers, International Graduates (EEBC included), scores 91-113.
2. Childcare (NOC 42202): 51 invitations, Skilled Workers and International Graduates (EEBC included) invited, minimum score of 60.
3. Healthcare: 25 invitations sent, encompassed Skilled Workers and International Graduates (EEBC included), minimum score of 60.
4. Other Priority Occupations (NOCs 31003, 32104): 5 invitations, for Skilled Workers and International Graduates (EEBC included), score required was 60.

ITAs are dispatched to those who qualify by the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program routinely every week, though there are occasional deviations. The periodicity, volume, and the timing for the ensuing BC PNP draws are influenced by the prevailing demands of the BC PNP application reservoir at each invitation cycle.
