Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) completed another Express Entry draw today. This comprehensive program includes candidates from all three Express Entry streams and the respective Provincial Nominee Program streams.
On September 26, 2023, the most recent Express Entry draw occurred, during which 3,000 candidates were given ITAs, each requiring a minimum CRS score of 504.
IRCC’s second all-program draw in September saw a 27-point drop in CRS scores. The first draw on September 11 invited 3,200 individuals, who required a CRS score of at least 531.

In cases where multiple candidates have the same low score, the deciding factor becomes the date and time of their Express Entry profile submission. Invitations for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Provincial Nominee Programs are expected to be distributed during this invitation phase.
