Those who received invitations needed Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores ranging from 605 to 708 to qualify.

Out of the total 615 LAAs, 43 were given to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
The Skilled Worker route, comprising both “Skilled Workers Overseas” and “Skilled Workers in Manitoba” streams, focuses on local demands and prioritizes candidates with the international training and experience that aligns with Manitoba’s labor market. These selected candidates are then nominated to acquire Canadian permanent residency visas.
“The International Education Stream (IES) in Manitoba provides a swift route to nominations for international students who have completed their studies at approved institutions within the province. Within the IES, there are three distinct paths for students to follow: the Career Employment Pathway, designed for those entering the workforce; the Graduate Internship Pathway, catering to those seeking internships; and the International Student Entrepreneur Pilot (ISEP), tailored for budding entrepreneurs.
Manitoba’s PNP regularly invites the top-scoring candidates in its pool to submit a complete application, usually on a bi-weekly basis. However, exceptions exist, and the timing, size, and frequency of upcoming draws depend on the requirements of the MPNP’s application inventory.
